Children’s Liturgy of the Word

Introduced to the parish in 2010 Children’s Liturgy of the Word is offered during the school year at the Sunday 9:30am Mass at St. Anthony’s Church.  It is geared towards children ages 5 through 8 (Kindergarten through 5th Grade).  The children of the parish are invited by Father after the Opening Prayer to follow the Prayer Leader (Catechist) to a room where they hear the Sunday readings in words they can understand.  They return to the congregation as the Gifts are being prepared.
